Passion is a very powerful emotion
Growing up, I’ve always wanted to do something that I felt really passionate about. It didn’t matter if it was full time or part time. I always came up with crazy business ideas that I could do. For example, treadmill shoes. Basically the idea was that these shoes would have treadmill bottoms so you can walk or run anywhere quicker. I was lazy okay! I just didn’t like how long it took to get to places. Rollerblades were a thing, but those weren’t efficient. But you get the idea.
In college, I was even antsier to do something. Anything.
That’s when I really got into space. I loved everything about it. I started following YouTube channels like Smarter Every Day and MinutePhysics to learn more. Another reason as that there are infinite amount of jokes you can make about space. Trust me, mine will be out of this world. My goal is to have at least 2 per blog post on this site. Life’s too short to be serious all the time, ya know?
We know a lot about what’s outer there, but there is still so much more that we don’t know. We are in the beginning of space travel. From how fast technology is moving, I do believe we will be able to travel to outer space like how we fly to Europe by 2100. After watching a ton of travel videos (hours on end) one day, I decided to pull the trigger and create The Space Traveler.
The purpose of this site is really to share cool and interesting things that are happening around space travel. I want to make the information as easy to understand as possible. I might add in a few blogs on my personal travel tips.
All I am hoping for is that we will be able to bring Swedish fish on board when we travel to outer space.
P.S. Swedish fish are the best travel snack to bring on a road trip or plane ride because you can play with them and eat them. Best of both world’s!
